A step outside the door is a step into OERRR. Outside, where discoveries are made and where adventure smiles at you. Every child has the right to explore and experience nature. That's why there's OERRR.

 

OERRR wants to encourage children and their parents to go outside more often and discover nature. Playing outside, climbing, scrambling, and crafting. That's what makes children happy. That's OERRR. OERRR is the youth program of Natuurmonumenten.

With the new brand positioning of ‘van moeder natuur mag bijna alles’ it is time for a new visual identity that matches the new strategy and aligns with the image of the younger sibling of Natuurmonumenten, without losing their recognizability.

 

With this challenge, OERRR approached Maak. As the lead creative, I led the project from briefing to delivery, strategic sessions, kitchen review, concept and strategy for the launch of the new OERRR.

The adventurer

 

OERRR is a true adventurer who encourages children to discover and experience nature in their own way. This feeling is reflected in the visual identity. Colorful, natural, and playful elements are incorporated into the materials to appeal to the target audience of children and young families.

 

The specific use of photography, illustrations, colors, and textures makes the design characteristic for OERRR.

The launch of the new OERRR deserves celebration! For this, we have devised a concept that sparks imagination in children and encourages them to discover the adventurer within themselves in nature. Discover your OERRR power!
